Dear Steve: I just wanted to let you know what a great job you have always done on some of our 'challenging' carpets--like the Olefin pseudo-Berber carpet in the family room. This room is where, of course, all of us congregate: 2 teenagers, 2 cats and 2 parents. This beige 'Berber' carpet shows every speck of dirt and, up until we started having you clean it about 5 years ago, seemed to be impossible to get clean. We tried all sorts of major carpet cleaning companies--steam, dry-chemical, and any other types available but without much satisfaction. Luckily we found you. After you've been here, we look at the previously dirty carpet and it matches the section that has been covered by the clear plastic mat under the desk chair. Our carpet cleaning today came up to your usual high standards. We know we are not only making our rooms brighter and more enjoyable with clean carpets but, because of your 'carpet education,' we are prolonging the life of our carpets. Also,we finally replaced our other 23 year old carpets 2 months ago and utilized your recommendation about the best type of carpet to install--"nylon, nylon or nylon." We plan on keeping this new carpet in good shape by continuing to get it cleaned by you every 6 months. Finally, just to demonstrate how you enjoy going above and beyond our expectations, after I opened up our French doors off the bedroom to provide air circulation, I saw the usual accumulation of winter debris left on the deck and commiserated with you about the need to wet-dry vacuum the leaves and scrub the deck surface. You provided an amazing treat by, secretly, cleaning the deck surface for me. I really appreciate that as I was not really looking forward to that pain-in-the-knees scrubbing and rinsing job! My sincere frustration of having just--6 weeks ago—replaced my guest bedroom carpet anticipating a surgery with the need of a live-in caregiver. Due to family circumstances the caregiver came with two puppies. Upon the end of 7- seven weeks stay, I first noticed an odor and know the room had slept them without potty breaks upwards of 8-9 hours at a time. Steve went beyond customer service and consulted with the details of pet “stains and odors” removal. Excellent company- great equipment and wonderful positive attitude. Steve gave me a sense of hope that my "yucky" carpet would turn out just fine. I could actually see the original color once again! Well worn stains were gone. The "grooming" of the carpet reminded me what the carpets looked like brand new. I loved the pleasant smell after the cleaning prcoess.
